Split screen in to 4 and render

Is there a feature in Premier Pro or in After effects where I can split my 4K project into quaters of the screen and render each out as seperate clip. Been serching but can't seem to find any conclusive info on it

My, you must be a great with the camera! How do you have 4 beautifully framed pictures one in each quarter of the entire clip, so much so that you can look for an automatic way of getting 4 clips from 1. I actually wish I could do that! And let me know what you find if someone actually created a software for that.

Use 4 video tracks.

Adjust the scale, size, and position of each video track so that you have 4 clips showing in the Program window.

Make only one at a time visible and export to the Adobe Media Encoder Queue.

Thanks that is the current method but is time consuming when it need re editing. I was hoping for a quick clean solution
