SRT file import is Crashing Premiere

Every time I try to import or relink an SRT file in my premiere project, Premiere crashes. I have tried to drag and drop the file into Premiere. I have tried to go through file>import. And I have tried to go through the media browser. I am importing from a hard drive that contains the rest of my project, so I also tried to import it straight from my desktop. Please help!

Import of a problematic srt can cause PR issues, but it does not usually crash.

Can you post the beginning of the srt, through the first 2 captions?

Is this what you wanted to see? I am using an SRT file that I received from a service that I've used in the past for captions/subtitles. I haven't had an issue before and I was able to hand it off to another co-worker who did not have an issue. I tried a few different Premiere versions (starting with the most recent and then moving my way backwards).
