SRT malfunction on lines wit cursive words

I've imported a SRT file and it had some isues with some lines.

The lines with any word in cursive lost it's font propieties.

By "cursive," I think you are referring to "italics"? Is that correct?

 

Do the italics import but not other font properties? Or do the italics also not import?
