Stabilize rotated video 9:16

Hello,

I recorded with my DSLR Camera in 16:9 1920x1080 format but Vertically. As the video is destined for Social Networks, in Premiere it is rotated 90 degrees to achieve the aspect ratio 9:16 = 1080x1920.
The problem is that I can't properly stabilize the videos since it does it as if it were in 16:9.
How do I achieve proper stabilization by having the original video rotated 90 degrees? It occurred to me that if I process and replace the videos to be 9:16 source it might work but this would be very inconvenient.

Stabilize footage as is. Export to an intermediate file and use that to edit into the main timeline.

La opcion es estabilizarlo en su formato nativo, precomproner y luego ajustar la precompisicion a 9.16. Es la manera adecuada.

You could also try nesting the 16:9 footage in a new sequence, and stabilizing the footage in the nested sequence. Then rotate the nested sequence in your timeline.

That forces Pr to stabilize then rotate and hopefully you will get the result you want.
