Slowed 7 minutes video in Optical Flow mode - video render for 5 hours. Why and who needs such a mode if no one will wait for so much time? Yes, I have a powerful PC! I will not update bios)

Hi Paul,
Sorry to hear about this. Optical flow can be computationally intensive. Could you please share the media specs (format, frame rate & frame size), the percentage by which it is slowed down & the system specs (OS, CPU, GPU & RAM)? It will help us diagnose the issue properly.
Thanks,
Sumeet

if your footage is variable frame rate you will have to transofrm it to constant frame rate using Handbrake.
This is probably what causes prolonged delays when using Optical Flow... how long is your footage
with Optical flow on?

I have already deleted Optical Flow .. Apparently the problem is really in the frame rate. The first time I see this!

Hi Paul, Variable frame rate can sometimes cause issues with frame interpolation. Could you please confirm if you were experiencing this issue with variable frame rate media?
Thanks,
Sumeet

Thanks for letting us know! Did you try transcoding it using Handbrake before you imported it? Did that help the export times?
Let us know how it worked out for you.
