Strange timeline bug

Hello

So I experienced a strange bug when starting premiere pro today on the timeline first of all the cursor does not track accurately to the clip so it appears like it's already on an another one but it's still on the last one

Secondly every time I move the mouse lines appear where the time is displayed this can only get fixed by moving the position on the timeline which is quite annoying since it appears again when I move my mouse again

I've tried reinstalling the nvidia drivers, clearing the cache and resetting the workspace.

If anyone knows the sollution I would really appreciate it
