Strange vertical lines

Vertical lines appear while playing the video in premiere and when I export the video the lines increase. But when it is paused you don't see those lines. The recording is fine.

Rolling back to these drivers appears to have resolved the issue for now., Thanks. Can I assume that Adobe is working with nVidia on a permanent fix with the newest/latest drivers?

I posted esrliet about vertical lines and grayed out proxies on I7 intel w RTX4090 PC 32gb ram.  Switching to open CL only thing that worked...until I saw the new driver came out in July and it noted wad partly to fix Adobe Premiere Pro issues. Fixed instantly w new driver. Thrilled to be back to full up CUDA but spent entire days trying to fix this issue before the driver update in July. Nothing I could have done as it turns out...
