Stuck at 100% on the encoding test for an export

Can someone please help me!! I am trying to export a one hour video I have edited and it has failed several times. Now it is stuck on the Encoding test at 100% and nothing is happening.

Well I just left it alone and it finally showed up in the folder it exported to.

    Pause the encoding and then restart it.
