My 4k playback resolution is on full, and playback quality is on high but im still getting stuttery playback even when the timeline is rendered "green". its 4k, H.264 log & s-cine tone footage from a sony a7s3. It has the same issue even with effects and adujustment layer off. I'm not sure if its software or a hardware issue. Please help

Hey all!
I've manage to fix it! It has to do with the audio latency. Settings was at 50ms, I changed it to 30ms and it got a lot worse so I figured I would to the other way and changed it to 60ms which works!
Thank you all for your help!

Hi there!
Sorry about the trouble. Could you check if there's a GPU update available? Also, what happens when you switch to" Software Only"? https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/faq-how-to-change-the-video-renderer-in-prem...
Let us know.
Thanks,
Kartika

hey Kartika,
gpu update is at its latest version. Also, no change in stuttering playback when switched to software only.
