Okay. Open Captions. "Grabar subtutilos in el video" appears to be burn in. (Google translate is "record in video", but Open Captions only give you choice of None or Burn in.

If you click on "Export" (off the bottom of the screen) - export directly from PR, the captions burn in okay? If you click on Queue, it sends it to Adobe Media Encoder, and even with "Importar secuencias…" deselected, it is not working? I emphasize again, that preference must be changed before queuing from PR.

In the export panel please click on the “captions” tab and make sure that “burn captions in to video”, and/or any other options that you may need is checked.

In media encoder, change the preferences to deselect "import sequence natively." Do this before you queue the export from PR. Does that work?

We may be having a translation issue. Are you using "Open Subtitles" or "Open Captions"?

Are you trying to "burn in" the captions/subtitles to the video? Or to embed them or create a sidecar file?

There is a known issue that prevents burn in if that preference is selected. It works for me if it is deselected. Some users report that it does not work either way.

At least one user reports it was fixed in 2019.1.0, but it does not work for me.

For you the only workaround is to export directly from PR.
