Subtitle/captions not appear in adobe premiere pro cc.

I've enable closed captions display and even the setting; cea-708 sevice 1. Anyway, the problem starts not from the beginning of the video.

Check the Program monitor's wrench icon and select Captions Display. Make sure the Settings match your settings and that it is enabled.

It looks like the in and out times for that caption in the captions window are not set to where timeline indicator is. I’d re- do the in and out numbers in the caption window to match the timing of the words.
