Hello guys! I have a problem. After export my video and play it looks good, but when b-roll start or end and switch to a-roll it looks like a jump cut and sometimes looks choppy. How I can fix it and make my video smoothly. I would not like this to be noticed. But I don't want to use always transitions. I know there are many professionals who would help. Thanks in advance for your help! I appreciate it!

Is your footage variable frame rate? If so you may want to convert it to a fixed frame rate before bringing it into Premiere. Media Encoder may have a preset that you can use.

I think that is the problem. But I'm not sure how to fix it.

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate:

I'm not seeing any technical glitches on the sequence you've posted. What I am seeing is what appears to be really ugly use of auto-reframe on the b-roll material which bangs to a stop pretty harshly at some of the tails. If you're using auto-reframe, turn it off and adjust your reformatting manually.
