Question

Synchronize is broken

In my 2024 version of Premiere, I had no issues synching a video clip with a second audio file from my microphone. In this current version though, when I try to synchronize the audio, the video suddenly jumps 5 minutes down the timeline (the video is only 1 minute long) and the audio doesn't move anywhere. So they're not even synching, the synchronize button is just moving my video and it's really frustrating! Not sure if this is a bug or if there's something I can do myself, but I would appreciate the help in getting this solved.

If you can could you post a screen recording of your issue so that we can see what is happening?
Sorry for the frustration.

I'm having somewhat similar issues in multicam editing and audio sync.

ALL I do is musical performance vids with 3/4 cameras & an external audio recorder.

NEVER had issues like this before...

In fact audio sync slips IMMEDIATELY upon entering the Premiere domain, via Media Browser, AND when imported into a project.

Please.fix.this.ASAP.

I LOST AN ENTIRE DAY TODAY HAVING TO MANUALLY SYNC 3 CAMERAS...

Why am I payin sooo much money for this JUNK???
