Try this method:

  1. Enable Sequence > Selection Follows Playhead.
  2. Make sure you have V1 targeted.
  3. Use Option/Alt + Arrow Up to nudge the clip to the next track.
  4. Press Arrow Down twice to move to the next clip.
  5. Repeat until you reach the end of the sequence.
