Text based transcribe stuck for hours

My client recently sent me some new videos, but unfortunately, the text-to-transcribe tool isn't functioning properly with them. It consistently gets stuck at 12%, 17%, or 25%, with the estimated time increasing from a few seconds to up to 4 hours. However, the static transcribe feature is working fine.

Additionally, the text-based transcribe function works perfectly with the clips my client sent earlier. So, it seems to be a problem specific to the newly sent videos. Just to clarify, these new videos are in the same format and have clear audio. Any suggestions or solutions?

@shubham28852744ldz9,

Thanks for posting your fix. I'm assuming you did this through the cloud desktop add-ons - removed the language pack and reinstalled?

You may want to try deleting Media Cache:

Mac
Open up Premiere Pro and go to Premiere >>  Preferences >> Media Cache.

Windows
 Open up Premiere Pro and go to Edit >> Preferences >> Media Cache.
Press the Delete button.
