When I added some text into the bottom corner of my video, it momentarily skews my video (it kind of stretches it out/ zooms in so that the subject in the video looks disproportionate.) It only lasts the duration of the text being present, as soon as the text disappears it instantly corrects itself. I'm assuming it's just something I accidentally set improperly while I was editing the text, perhaps? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi There - Can you provide a screenshot and the version of Premiere Pro you are using? If you are in CC 2017, are you using text from the Essential Graphics Panel or the Legacy Titler Tool.
Does the distortion occur after or before you render?

The website isn't allowing me to upload the photo for some reason. The render bar at the point of the text is yellow (which I know means it's attempting to render as it goes) but even when I render from start to finish, or manually select the clip and hit enter, it doesn't render it properly. The first time this happened (2 days ago) I woke up in the morning and the yellow had turned into green and fixed itself overnight?! It's happening again now with the same font but the deadline for my video was 2 hours ago and I'm trying frantically to fix this.
