Text has completely disappeared in Premiere Pro

Has anyone else encountered a problem with all of your text disappearing from Premiere Pro projects? I've had no problem with this until I opened a project today and couldn't see any of the text I had previously added. While it still appears on the timeline, it's completely missing from the preview and cannot be edited. I opened another project to see if I had the same issue and all of the text is blank/missing there as well. If I add a new text layer, nothing shows up in the preview.

Please help!
