Text outline and cursor when adding text to a sequence is gone. Masks don't show either

Since updating to the latest on Windows 10, when I go to put text in the sequence I no longer have a cursor nor can see the outline of the text like I used to. Also, I can't make masks with the pen tool nor see the outline of the mask if I choose the rectangle. Has anybody else encountered this?

Are you using windows scaling? Apparently not a problem in 2018, but there is in 2019.

Yup, that must be it. I'm at 125%... Geez. They broke it again.

The 13.0.1 update is out, and one fix is regarding windows scaling. I don't know if it affects this or not.

I have not installed yet, but when I have, I'll test for the disappearing text bounding box. I'll have to try your mask issue also.
