Hello, I use Premiere Pro to edit YouTube videos, I like to write a script, record me reading it then edit video clips to correspond with what I am talking about. However as I am not a great orator re-recording myself talking is by far the longest part of my process (and the only part I don't enjoy.)
I would like to use a text to speech software where I can have it read out a script. It is fine if people can tell it is AI but I would like to have it not sound like trash and have at least a little inflection on the words.
My problem is everything I am finding online is either crap built into AI video editors made to make bland generic drivle or super expensive monthly subscription services that limit the amount you can transcribe a year/month to try and milk money out of you.
Do any of you know a good text to speech software that I could use in as part of a premiere pro process? I don't mind paying for one if it is not a rip off like all the ones I have seen but obviously free would be cool.
HI @_Lopti_,
Thanks for the message. I can understand your concern about not having great options for text to speech within a reasonable price range. I hope someone can help you and the community by sharing some links. There is also the possibility to hire voice talent to help you with this project. You can knock out several projects in a single session if you are organized enough. Let us know if you need more ideas.
Thanks,
Kevin
