The encoding (8k) takes the same time

Hello,

 

The encoding (8k) takes the same time (4 hours and 30 minutes) when using 10980XE (8-core) cpu and 11900k (18-core) cpu.

In order to reduce the encoding time,

I bought the CPU as an expensive product, but there is no difference in encoding speed.

 

Please find a way to solve it.
