The footage started to pixelate

All the footage that I add to the project now pixelates when I view it on the timeline. There were also some unclear lines.

Graphic card - GeForce RTX 3060 12 Gb

Premier pro - Version 23..6.0(Build6S)

 

I deleted the entire application cache and downloaded the latest studio driver
