The right Adobe app to make this?

Hi I did an animation which i got into frames. I know I could load those frames into PS, make some post production and then export them as a video.

I was wondering if it was more dynamic to do that in Premiere. I mean load frames convert them to a video and tweak some parameters to enhance the visuals (levels, gradients, contrast)...Would you recommend to stick to the Photoshop plan or to give a try to the AP ?

I thought It might be interesting to learn it.
