the video is only 24 bits when I use GPU to rendering

One of my premiere problems

When I activate the hardware accelerated encoding option, the rendered video are only 24 bits with an error report, but when I cancel this option, the rendering become normal. What cost this problem? there is plenty room in my drive, the media encoder got the same problem and I'm using the latest software.

the other editing software work perfectly fine with my GPU(3060TI) but Premiere and Media encoder, I didn't check the After effect but I think it will be thesame

Thank you for your help! The problem I had is that the name of the export folder had non basic English characters. After changing it the problem went away.
