Thumbnails for Adobe Stock clips are blank but roll over works

I have a number of preview clips from Adobe Stock but the thumbnails simply show a film-strip icon:

But they work fine if I roll mouse over them.  In the image above the left one had the mouse over it.

Do you have the Thumbnails enabled?
