Tilda key in program window no longer scales the image up.

So I've used premiere for a long time, since shortly before FCP became the X junk. I use VERY often and love the feature where you can hit the tilda key while over any window to quickly make it "full screen" (or fill the Premiere window anyway). When I learned of this years ago it was a game changer. It seems since a recent update now when I do this in the program window, where it's most useful to quickly blow up and look at my edit it no longer actually scales the sequence with the window. The window it self does scale up larger but the program remains a tiny image in the middle of the screen and you have to zoom into it to make it full screen... If you do that and hit it again then it's overly large and cropped outside the window.  So it's basically useless for a quick look in a larger window now.
It's really infuriating. I use this a lot because this speeds up my workflow. I can click around and when I need to I can hover there and hit tilda and quickly see my program 'full screen' to check something and then jump back to the normal edit layout without doing anything else. I hope this isn't supposed to be some "new feature", it feels like a bug to me. There's no reason that would help with anything, it defeats the purpose of that feature.
Getting so tired of the Premiere Bugs. for the ridiculous cost of subscription there's no excuse for it, it really needs to be rebuilt. If I didn't have to pass files around all the time for my job I would switch to Resolve in a heartbeat, even though I've barely used it, it's free and everything works like a modern program should.
Anyway, PLEASE fix this.

It's not a bug its a new behavior.

Make sure you have it set to Fit before hitting the tilde (grave) key

Please post Premiere version and build and comp specs.

thanks, I see that once in that larger screen it was no longer set to "fit" like each mode has it's own size, they're both set to fit now and it works again. I don't get how this is a feature, doesn't help anything to have them separate in any way or why it would revert to something else from default "fit". Anyway, thanks, fixed enough for me now.
