I just imported some clips shot on my new BMPCC 6k and I am getting timecode issues. Telling my file is importing with different timecode. So when I put my braw clip in my timeline, I get a slowmo video even though my timeline and clip was shot at 23.967. So now the audio and the clip does not match. Why is premiere having so many issues with Braw

Hello,
You are using BRAW Studio, our solution to import BRAW files into Premiere Pro.
These message you have are just warning to indicate that timecodes are not good. They are sent just once you import the footage or when you open back an existing project.
Timecodes should be corrected if you want to export your timeline as XML and send it next to Resolve. Otherwise, having wrong timecode is not a bad thing if you are staying in Premiere Pro.
With the BRAW Studio Panel, you can correct Panel (be care of the "Shift Issue" then). You can find everything about the Timecode Issue in details here : https://autokroma.com/blog/BRAW-Wrong-Timecode-Adobe-Premiere-Pro/
For the messages, you can disable them by going to the Source Settings of one of your braw file, and then click on "Settings & License". On the window which will be opened automatically, tick the checkbox "Premiere Pro : Disable warning for wrong timecodes (yellow popup).
Also, please untick the "write debug logs" because it is enabled in your project and it will involve performances issues with BRAW Studio.
Best,
Nicolas from Autokroma

Why the problems?
BRAW is a relatively new and still evolving format by BlackMagic ... which produces a competing editing/suite directly against the Adobe products ... and BM has never been particularly helpful for those using "the other ... brand". So there are things about that format that the Premiere team has probably not had time to completely re-construct.
As really I'd expect, the BM provided BRAW plugin for use with "other applications" ... works sort of with Adobe products. Sort of. I finally gave up and paid for the Autokroma BRAW plugin for use with the media from my BMPCC4K and other BM cameras. It always works, and has more options than the BM plugin.
BM is a fine company, but of course ... they have their own products and their own model of business. Which involves things like "encouraging" one to use their hardware (where they make their profit) by say, locking down the controls for any other company's control surfaces to only a few tools usable at a time, and allowing NO changes by the user or the other supplier. So yes, the BM control surfaces are much more "usable" in Resolve.
Which means my Tangent Elements panel is SO limited in BM Resolve even on color items. In Premiere, I can even map that to many audio functions now.
