Transcript not pulling from source to timeline - Text Based Editing

I have a timeline with multiple source clips that all have transcriptions. Two separate clips are not showing in the timeline text window while the rest are. The missing clips aren't registering as anything in the text window. It doesn't auto-scroll. It doesn't have spaces with timecodes. Nothing.

I've tried to re-transcribe the source clips and the timelines to get those clips to transcribe but nothing is working. All my clips have been sub-clipped including the working ones in case that's helpful. You can see in my timeline my playhead at the clips that aren't pulling and the text screen that doesn't include their transcript.

Why are some clips transcripts not pulling into the timeline version? How can I fix/avoid this issue?
