Transform effect error

Hi there,

I keep having the same problem. Somehow I'm not able to find a solution online. I'm trying to do a simple animation with Adobe Premiere Pro 23.06.0 using the transform effect and key frames on the scale adjustment. I want a JPG popping up from the center, scale 0 to 100. Furthermore, I also use the shutter angle to blur the image during the movement. Here is the error: Although the anchor point is centered, the image is popping up from the down left corner instead from the middle (See attached screenshots). Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

The achor point of the transform effect is set to the middle. Ive changed the shutter angle to 180, still the same problem. Find attached the screenshot of the effect controls:

You need to put the achor point of the transform effect in the middle.

dont push shutter angle to the limit: 180 is just fine.

Post screenshot Effect controls.
