Depois da ultima altualização não é mais possivel acessar o console e ativar a opção para alterar a cor do thema do premiere.
Antes era feito da seguinte forma:

I'm sorry about the frustration. The reason the internal tools for UI have changed is because of the new Spectrum UI.
These tools are not customer facing and are not meant to be changed by users. You can always make a feature request for such customizability here. I can also move this post there, if you prefer. PM me if you want to do that.
The internal tools have changed now, so please, do not poke around there as you could break something or cause some other issue, unknowingly. Simple changes can wreak havoc.
For years, users were hacking this "internal only" tool for the same reason(s) as you, but the product team was unaware that people were doing so. That is why some users were taken by surprise and we must now ask for such customizations. Sorry about that.
FYI: Some of these customizations can hurt all kinds of other unseen processes, so they must not be adjusted by anyone but the team - even something as inocuous as a color change to the UI might affect some other process downstream. I'm glad nothing happened in your case in the past. You never know!
I will gladly upvote any UI customizability issues you file. With the new Spectrum UI, this change could probably be more feasible. Sorry again for the frustration.
