Trouble Installing Premiere Pro Despite Following All Recommendations

Hello. I recently purchased Premiere Pro but am struggling with the installation. I’ve followed all the recommendations, including installing Creative Cloud to download Premiere Pro, but I still haven’t had any success. I’ve even tried disabling my antivirus and firewall as suggested, but nothing has worked.

Try using a different browser to download CC desptop app and Premiere.

It's in Swedish but it basically says that the server is disconnected and that i should try to deactivate my antivirus program and that i should temporarily disable mty firewall. My translation might not be the best and I've tried to change the language but it doesn't work

Try resetting the CC App.
To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the CC App:
