There is not.  To mix various sound elements, you need access to those original sound elements.  You can't change the mix after the fact.

You could use Adobes Audition to separate the music. However, I would recommend opening the video in Premiere and from there you can use Audition to adjust your audio as needed and it saves right back to the video clips audio track.
