Trying to get rid of Audio Echo

Heya! I'm editing a video of an online call, and there seems to have been an audio feedback loop meaning there is essentially an echo, I want to know if there's any way to get rid of this, if it helps it is of higher pitch than original audio.

It might be best to do that with Audition.
