UI not redrawing properly in latest release

See attached screen shot. This has started to occur in the latest PP or MacOS release (both have updated recently).

 

I'm also getting other sundry oddness like freezing during play in the timeline (even on proxy files).

    I have seen this specific error for a whilw. One of the updates must have addressed it. I do occassionally get various panel redrawing issues but a restart normally fixes it.
