Unable to render file

Hi. I keep getting this error message: "error compiling movie" "accelerated renderer error" "unable to produce frame". I have cleared the media cache and restarted PPro. Nothing works. I am using a template which I have used before with no issue. I appreciate any help/advice. Thanks.
