Unable to start correctly (0xc0000142)

Its my first time download Premiere Pro. I open it but its pop up a error notice, it said "This application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142)

My version is v24.6.1

Did you download the Creative Cloud app and install it from there?

If not, uninstall it and download the CC app:

If this is your first time downloading Premiere why version 24.6.1?

This helped! THANK YOU!!! Ealier this month Adobe remote-desktopped into my system and got me going, but it happened again today, same error.  Reverting to 25.2.1 got me working again.
