Undefined is not an object [PP 2014]

Hello,

I'm having an issue with an HTML5 panel for Premiere Pro.  I have the panel installed on 15 computers and it works fine on 10 of them.

On the other 5, the panel launches but when a button/script is pressed an alert box comes up and says "Undefined is not an object".

Any ideas?

thanks,

Kelly

In further testing, and subsequent Creative Cloud updates, I couldn't get your .zxp installation to fail. Please re-send if the trouble recurs.

How are you installing the panels?

Since we have CC2014 installed everywhere, we are using Adobe Extension Manager CC.

Are the 5 machines with non-functional connected to the network any differently, than the 10 successful machines?

I recall that ExManCC had a pref, about whether or not it's allowed to access the internet; any difference in the ExManCC prefs, between the 10 and the 5?

[Also; send me your .zxp, directly? bbb@adobe.com]

Thanks Bruce.  I just sent the zxp.  I'll have to check into the ExManCC prefs.

I don't see a .zxp, and I DO hear recent reports of our mail gateway blocking .zxp files...I sent you an ftp location at which to post.
