Unknown error while loading graphics template caution on premiere pro

Hi guys,

 

I found a problem while trying to drag mogrt files on timeline, it keeps showing error box as show below

 

 

I have 2 computers, one is laptop, and there is no any problems with this error.

while my PC constant show this error. (while I try to use the same mogrt file)

 

I've already make sure that the setting is default, and keep trying to uninstall and reinstall program several times via creative cloud app, but the error still appears.

 

Any suggestions?

    Maybe test with a different MOGRT. If it is an issue with that MOGRT, try removing stuff from it till it works to identify the problem. Might be a missing plugin or something.

    I 'm just sorting this out.

    Don't know where the problem is, but I randomly found this and follow the suggestion and it works

    Glad you found a fix. Next time please share more system info? Like OS and version, CPU, RAM, GPU vRAM, Pr version? Thanks.

    Do you have the needed fonts installed?

    Both of My PC and laptop installed same fonts, and my laptop works properly with the same mogrt file, but not on my PC

    .

    So may be not the font problem, I guess
