Unspecified error occurred while performing a conforming action on the following file

Premiere Pro.

I have tried everthing in the forums, on YouTube, and Google to fix this "Unspecified error occurred while performing a conforming action on the following file" problem.

Adobe support wont respond on chat. Any better way to get a reply from them? Beyond frustrating. I have a project that o need to get out. There are too many files that have this issue to try to re encode everthing in another format... besides what good is an edit program that wont take common AVCHD files.
