Hi Emmanuel,

Your system is no longer meeting system requirements in multiple areas, which is the reason the software is not working well for you. I am so sorry about that. You might try and see if the previous version will work for you, but my ultimate advice is to use a computer that meets, or better yet, exceeds system requirements for any modern video formats.

Thank You,
Kevin

Hi,

Here I leave a quick video of where you find the previous versions in your Creative Cloud Dekstop.

That is about the best that I can suggest at this time. If the hardware manufacturer (Intel, in this case) discontinues full support for older hardware while continuing security patches to the existing drivers for such legacy hardware, there is not much that you can do. Future versions of either the Creative Cloud desktop app or the CC programs should detect the hardware - and if it does not meet Adobe's official minimum hardware requirements with regards to the CPU and/or RAM and/or GPU and/or available disk space (and not just the operating system), then any updated versions of those programs that require newer hardware shall be blocked from installation (by flagging the program as "Not Compatible"). Currently, the only things that are blocking that installation are the OS (a good example is that Adobe's Creative Cloud apps, for the most part, do not currently support Windows 10 Enterprise) and the free disk space.
