Updated to 24.2.1 - Premiere not downloading Machine Learning Models, Enhance Speech not working.

I just updated Premiere Pro to 24.2.1 but it won't download the Machine Learning Models and just stays spinning/loading endlessly.

 

Any help?

It may help to download from the cloud desktop. This was sometimes used with early problems with speech to text languages.

 

Open the Cloud Desktop. Go Premiere Pro and click the 3 dots. Pick "Addons." If the model is not downloaded, download it.

 

Does this work? If this does not work, do you see the same zero progress?

Same thing here on 24.3.0 (Build 59). I was folling the tutorial that came up on launch.

maybe try log out/in from CC app

or reset the preferences for premiere pro

Thanks for reporting back. I can't see who you were responding to. lol. What helped? The log in out from cloud, reset preferences, or download from cloud desktop?
