Uploaded video plays in about half speed??

I'm working on a highlight tape and when I upload his film it plays back at about half speed but if I watch it on lets say quicktime its fine? Solutions?? I tried speeding up the video but it loses quality and looks a little glitchy..

Premiere. I drag and drop to "import media to start" and immediately its at a slow rate
