Urgent: Audio and video will not link correctly when opening in Premiere Pro CC latest update

I did a raw cut of the project i want to edit. When i opened it a couple of days later, audio and video are not linked correctly. Some clips are hatched but not all of them. Some just play the wrong part of the audio to the video. This is the case for other projects as well. Im not sure what else to do to fix it. It was fine before and suddenly nothing works. I tried manually connecting but it just keeps connecting the wrong audio, or in this case, the wrong timecode of the mic, since there is only one mic. Csn anyone help me with it?
