USB C Screen goes full black during playback

Hi

I'm using Premier Pro on a Dell XPS13 laptop with Windows 11 Pro

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8550U CPU @ 1.80GHz 2.00 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

I have a Dell USB-C screen attached.

While using PP (playing back videos or just editing vids) in Premier Pro on the USB-C screen goes black.

This doesn't happen if I use the internal screen

Hi Panania Jim,

We're sorry to hear about this. Please share a screenshot of the Playback preferences window (Edit > Preferences > Playback). Also, have you tried connecting the monitor using any other port like HDMI & checked if it's working properly?

Thanks,

Sumeet
