Using Mouse Scroll Wheel to move playhead on timeline after latest update

After one of the most recent updates, the mouse scroll wheel will only move the plahead in the timeline if you are hovering over the Playback Monitor timeline, rather than the before where you could hover over anywhere in the Playback Monitor. Otherwise you're just zooming in and out of the Playback Monitor.

Not sure if this is considered a bug or not but it would be nice to be able to have a setting to turn this on or off.

That is correct: behavior has been changed.

Scrolling over the Program Monitor will zoom in and out.

Holding down the middle mouse will let you pan

Scrolling over the PM timeline, it will move the playhead

Please note that previously, you could control the scroll speed with the scroll wheel. This feature is no longer available, and the speed remains constant. I can't scroll the entire scale in two or three turns of the scroll wheel like I could before.

Pretty big workflow optimization downgrade. Would be nice to at least have
a setting to turn the zoom off.
