I'm trying to do a motion blur, quick zoom in effect. I'm using the transform effect in the distort folder. I've put in my keyframes, and changed them to bezier to have a cool wobble motion. But when I go to change the shutter angle to allow for the motion blur, it completely stretches my video. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong? I used the same exact method on another clip I was editing where the aspect ratio was portrait instead of landscape, and it didn't stretch at all.
Here is the clip before the shutter angle:

Try nesting and apply the shutter angle to the nest.

I have exactly the same problem (although only seems to happen in certain projects). Nesting fixed it (thanks!)... but does anyone know why it is happening in the first place?

Nesting is a good option but:
try to switch renderer to 'Software Only' from project settings.
try to change video preview and codec settings from sequence settings to QuickTime

Thanks Carlos, my preview and codec were already set to Quicktime, but switching the renderer did fix the problem and is more convenient than nesting, it has slowed down my render time though. It's good to know what my options are, thanks.

Rin,
Sorry. What system info can you provide so we can help? We need info on CPU and GPU. For the GPU, what is. the driver version? You may need to roll back to 517.xx to have a functioning GPU.
Thanks,
Kevin
