Here's yet another annoying problem that's been bugging me for several months.
Whenever I create a vertical timeline, for example 1080x1920, Premiere crashes either right away, or after a few minutes. It happens in new projects with just one sequence, and in projects I've been working on for weeks with no problems until I create a vertical timeline. The software becomes unstable and crashes.
Anyone else has had this experience? It has happened to me on three different Macs with both High Sierra and Mojave, with CC18 and CC19.
Current system.

Hi Iskandar Bwefar,
Sorry to hear that you are facing this issue. Please try to reset app preferences(FAQ: How to reset (trash) preferences in Premiere Pro? ) and clean cache(FAQ: How to clean (delete or trash) media cache files? ) to isolate any preference or cache corruption issue that could be causing the crash.
Let us know if it helps.
Thanks,
Sumeet

Got the same issue now.
Complete all the trouble shooting before I came here to complain.
SO I even restart my pc.
Went the old update.
Unistalled and reinstalled.
NONE of this helped me what so ever!
Only happens in the 1080x 1920 mode and this never used to happen up till this last week.
Dont understand what is going on.

I have experienced the same, but the root of the problem is video card was not detected due to BIOS not being updated. I have a DELL VOSTRO. Hopefully, I will no longer have issues. -behance.net/dulydesigned
