VHS-look plugin

Hi guys, I'm looking for a plugin that can give a VHS tape effect. The look of being recorded over 20 times - a bit jittery, slightly distorted, color bleed, etc. I have seen it done, just don't know what was used.

I suppose I just was expressing my discontentment in just recently finding a thread like this that was aging which addressed the topic, but didn't provide a clear solution.  Aggressive SEO these days has ruined the ability to find niche products like this through Google properly.  Pinpoint suggesstions on forums like these take on a whole new meaning because of it.

At the current time, I don't have anything to add to the topic.  But, imagine my dismay for spending 15 minutes evaluating all of these website offerings that simply don't reflect the intended purpose of such a plugin.  If people think that they are being helpful in providing "best effort" responses, then I have to make them look at it this way.  Ideally, they would see the need for a thread which addressed retro-screen film, and start it in a new thread, not this one.
