Video Banding - Fix?

Evening guys,

Currently doing post work on a piece, in which some of the footage has subtle banding up and down the footage, similar to the following, just far more subtle: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xm4q8ML1OKU&t=119s ..

Any free way to fix this, or cheap way?
