Hi Paul,
Thanks for the message. I read about your issue. Are you on Windows? If so, try disabling ‘Enhance pointer precision’ and ‘Click Lock’ under Additional Mouse Options. That usually fixes weird glitches like this for most Adobe apps. Resetting workspace layout helps, too.
