Video resolution problem

Good evening, 

I have installed a regular version of Premiere Pro. I imported one video file and an audio, and tried to export it. While I work on the clips, the resolution is good, but when I shift to the export page, i see that the video is way too little. I have tried to set the resolution of the exporting format to be the same as the one of the imported file. As well, I also tried to choose a standard format, like H.264 or Youtube. No way. 

I can enclose a link to the video, although it is way to little, to make you my problem more clear.

Have you checked the resolution of your project? You see, exporting a video of a given resolution and pixel aspect ratio to one of the same resolution does not automatically result in the same resolution in the finished product. If your project resolution is different from both your original and your output (say, you are putting HD or 4k footage into an SD-DV sequence), then Premiere will always re-size your video to the project resolution during rendering, and then resize that to your final resolution on export! This double-conversion will degrade the image quality, and will sometimes cause framing and size problems as well.

Remember, Premiere Pro is "non-destructive" in the sense that your original footage is preserved after exporting. "Destructive" NLEs will always overwrite your original footage with your newly exported footage no matter what.

I just saw your settings. Your export settings are incorrect for that material. You are actually exporting 1920x1080 footage with a 16:9 widescreen export ratio to a 720x576i image with a 4:3 frame ratio. You will always get big black borders at both the top and bottom of the image by default.

If you really want a 576i video output with a 4:3 frame aspect ratio (like what your export settings are set at), you could set the scaling in the export settings to "Scale to fill" (it is by default set to "Scale to fit"). You may lose the image at the left and right sides of your original upon export this way, but at least you get an image that both fills the entire frame and is undistorted. Setting the scaling to "Stretch to fill" will result in your image being squashed horizontally on export.
